Our university has announced an open tender with the reference number 2025/1456143 for the purchase of electricity from the Free Market, but our tender has been canceled due to the estimated cost. To carry out the energy purchase, all subscriptions provided in the attachment must be reported to our university via email by the end of the working day on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, with the KBK rate [(PTF+YEKDEM)*KBK]. Attached are the consumption data for the year 2024 and the current consumption data for the year 2025.
1- Offers will be made for all subscriptions.
2- Payment will be offered as 15 days of the month. (Contractors may also add 10-day payment offers separately)
3- The duration of the dual agreement will cover the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 for 12 months.
4- The imbalance cost in the offers will be borne by the contractor.
5- No guarantee will be provided.
