 Notarized signature declaration,

If it is a Legal Entity,
 Document showing that the legal entity is registered in the trade and/or industry chamber obtained in the year of the tender date according to the relevant legislation
 Trade Registry Gazette showing the latest status of the legal entity's partners, members, or founders and the officials in the management of the legal entity, if all this information is not available in a single Trade Registry Gazette, the relevant Trade Registry Gazettes or documents showing all this information and the notarized signature circular of the legal entity,
 Criminal record and residence document of the authorized person
In addition to the above documents,
 Receipt of the tender file (in tenders where the tender file is specified)
 In case of participation by proxy, a notarized power of attorney issued on behalf of the proxy and the proxy's notarized signature declaration,
 Payment document showing that the temporary guarantee has been deposited,
 Sample petition indicating that the leased area has been seen (to be obtained from the administration)
 Signed Lease specification (to be obtained from the administration)
