- Within the scope of our university's transportation services branch directorate directive, it fulfills the functions of operation, transportation, maintenance, repair, supply, and allocation of motor vehicles.
- Carrying out transportation, document distribution, and transportation services of all Academic and Administrative units of our university, allocation of service and utility vehicles,
- Ensuring the maintenance and repair of vehicles to keep them ready for service, carrying out the work and procedures related to traffic, registration, technical inspection, insurance, highway, and bridge crossings of vehicles,
- Preparation of the Technical Specification related to the provision of annual fuel expenses and its submission to the tender commission, ensuring and monitoring fuel expenses,
- Carrying out the domestic and international temporary assignment procedures of drivers, keeping task tracking forms;
- Keeping vehicle assignment records,
- Carrying out procedures related to vehicles that have reached the end of their economic life in our university records,
- Making job distributions suitable for service for drivers,
- Following incoming vehicle requests,
- Monitoring tasks and routes assigned via the GPRS system and warning faulty drivers.
The Transportation Services Branch Directorate, established under the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, provides transportation services with 2 official vehicles, 5 buses, 1 truck, 1 minibus, 3 pickups, 6 passenger vehicles, and 18 personnel. While adhering to the Transportation Services Branch Directorate Directive,
Our main duties;
- Ensuring the maintenance and repair of official vehicles to keep them ready for service, carrying out the work and procedures related to traffic, registration, technical inspection, insurance, highway, and bridge crossings of vehicles,
- Allocating vehicles for technical and inspection trips organized in line with the requests of our university's Faculties and Schools,
- Providing transportation for our students in club-community events with the appropriate opinion and request of the Health, Culture, and Sports Department,
- Providing transportation for our teams participating in inter-university sports competitions,
- Meeting the material transportation and shipping needs of all Academic-Administrative units,
- Carrying out our university's meal transportation, document distribution, and Campus internal Ring tasks,
- Providing transportation for guests attending our university's festivals, graduations, symposiums, conferences, etc., with the appropriate opinion of the administration
